HQ Update – DCHA headquarters at 1133 North Capitol Street, NE 20002 is now closed to the public. Please note our mailing address has changed. Mail should be sent to 300 7th Street, SW – 10th Floor.

Customers can visit one of our Customer Service Center locations during their operating hours. Walk-in visitors are welcome, and HCVP applicants, participants and landlords are encouraged to make an appointment at our 702 H Street NW location.
