Customer Service Centers

The DC Housing Authority has multiple Customer Service Center locations to meet your needs!

PLEASE REVIEW THE CHART BELOW FOR EACH LOCATION’S OPERATING HOURS & AVAILABLE SERVICES. 

Walk-in visitors are welcomed at every location, and those with questions on the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) are invited to make appointments at our 702 H Street NW location. Public Housing residents are encouraged to contact their Property Manager or Housing Management Assistant with any questions.

At our Customer Service Centers, applicants, participants and landlords can meet in person with DCHA staff, who will address their questions. The centers are also available for applicants, participants and landlords to drop off documents related to housing assistance. Document drop-offs can be made anytime during normal business hours. Each Customer Service Center is equipped with Wi-Fi, printers, laptops, and scanners.

    Staffed by HCVP staff and dedicated to serving HCVP applicants, participants and landlords.
  • Headquarters Customer Service Center– 625 D Street SW, Washington DC  20024
    Walk-ins welcome
    Hours: Tuesdays (except holidays), 9AM – 3PM
    Staffed by Customer Engagement Specialists and HCVP staff who have knowledge of HCVP and public housing.
  • Customer Service Center at Frederick Douglass Community Center – 2000 Alabama Avenue SE, Washington DC 20020
    Walk-ins welcome
    Hours: Wednesdays (except holidays), 9AM – 3PM
    Staffed by Customer Engagement Specialists and HCVP staff who have knowledge of HCVP and public housing.
