Voucher participants and landlords are encouraged to make appointments at the HCVP Customer Service Center.

Serving Legal Documents
DCHA accepts service of legal process only through the Office of General Counsel, and only as permitted by law. DCHA does not accept service through program offices, property management staff, administrative staff, or general inboxes.
Serving DCHA with legal papers requires delivering the documents to the Office of General Counsel in accordance with the Service of Legal Process.
