- Includes two phases of homeownership townhomes.
- Redeveloped under the District government’s New Communities Initiative (NCI) program that creates vibrant mixed-income neighborhoods through a partnership between the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning & Economic Development (DMPED) and DCHA.
- Honoring Barry Farm’s historic legacy though the preservation and integration of five historically landmarked buildings, and the creation of a new cultural center, sidewalk pavings and path makers, indoor and outdoor murals, and links to the existing Anacostia & Hillsdale African American Heritage Trail.
Redevelopment plans are subject to change based on market demand and economic conditions.
