The Office of Capital Programs is organized into three divisions: the Planning and Budget Division is staffed by Planners and Financial Management professionals, the Design and Construction Management Division is staffed by architects, engineers, and project managers and the Mechanical Operations Division is staffed by mechanical and electrical systems technicians and trades people.
