The DC Housing Authority has multiple Customer Service Center locations to meet your needs!
PLEASE REVIEW THE CHART BELOW FOR EACH LOCATION’S OPERATING HOURS & AVAILABLE SERVICES.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL VISITORS ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT TO ALLOT TIME FOR CHECK-IN AND SECURITY SCREENING.
Each location offers specific days when walk-in visitors are welcome (see schedule below). If you are a current participant or applicant in the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP), DCHA strongly encourages you to make an appointment at our 702 H Street NW location. If you are a landlord renting to an HCVP participant, you must make an appointment with our HCVP Landlord Liaisons by selecting “Landlord Liaison” when booking. Landlords may also contact the HCVP Landlord Liaisons directly by emailing landlordliaison@dchousing.org.
Public Housing residents are encouraged to contact their Property Manager or Housing Management Assistant with any questions.
At our Customer Service Centers, applicants, participants and landlords can meet in person with DCHA staff, who will address their questions. The centers are also available for applicants, participants and landlords to drop off documents related to housing assistance. Document drop-offs can be made anytime during normal business hours. Each Customer Service Center is equipped with Wi-Fi, printers, laptops, and scanners.
