Landlord Town Halls

The D.C. Housing Authority presents Keys to Success as a DCHA Partner, an in-person Landlord Town Hall hosted by the DCHA Housing Choice Voucher Program. Please RSVP at the link below.  

At Keys to Success, DCHA will review the HCV Program, including voucher issuance, inspections, leasing, recertification, special programs, mediation and landlord-tenant issues; describe the rent reasonableness process; and present an overview of the Owner Portal. Our HCV Program staff will also be available to answer questions. We are grateful for your continued partnership and look forward to this opportunity to review the HCV program.
