The D.C. Housing Authority online HCVP Landlord Owner Portal is returning to service as of Saturday, January 6.
Please resume use of the Owner Portal for all voucher-related needs. That includes submissions and tracking of Request for Tenancy Approvals, Rent Increase requests, reviewing Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) records, and inspections updates.
The DCHA email accounts that were used as alternatives to the portal during the outage should no longer be used for tasks that are available in the Owner Portal.
All information emailed to DCHA between December 11, when the portal outage began, and 11:59 p.m., Friday, January 5, are being added to the DCHA’s owner-tenant records and related updates are being added to the portal record as well.
Landlords will receive a message through the online Owner Portal from their designated Housing Program Specialist with a status update on any active requests.
For any other questions or concerns, please reply to the message sent by your Housing Program Specialist or request a virtual appointment through DCHA’s online scheduling system.
