HCVP Customer Service Center Closed to Walk-Ins April 29-30

The DC Housing Authority’s HCVP Customer Service Center at 702 H Street NW in Chinatown will be closed to walk-in visitors on Tuesday, April 29 and Wednesday, April 30 for administrative processing. Walk-ins at this location will resume on Thursday, May 1.

Operations at the Headquarters Customer Service Center and Customer Service Center at Frederick Douglass Community Center will continue as normal. For hours and more information, including how to make an appointment, visit the Customer Service Center webpage.
