DCHA to Complete 3 Development Projects in 2024

The District’s Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) on March 13 is hosting March Madness 2024, an annual economic development showcase that includes announcements on updates to existing development projects and the unveiling of new initiatives to expect in the year to come.

The D.C. Housing Authority expects to complete in 2024 three development projects, The Asberry, a senior apartment building; phase 1 of the Park Morton community redevelopment, which includes a multifamily apartment building; and phase 1 of the Kenilworth Courts community redevelopment, which will result in 166 new units.
