The DCHA Bidder’s Contact Form is an opportunity for a business to provide key information that allows DCHA to send email notifications on new solicitation opportunities, process or policy reminders, and other updates relevant to that business.

The form is an opportunity for business entities to express interest in working with DCHA. By submitting this form, a business entity provides key information that allows DCHA to send email notifications on new solicitation opportunities, process or policy reminders, and other relevant updates.

Please note that submitting this form does not establish the entity as a vendor; vendors are only established through contract awards.

Register with the Housing Agency Marketplace

The Housing Agency Marketplace is an e-procurement platform where housing authorities post solicitations, and vendors can submit proposals to compete for contracts. Vendors registered on the Housing Agency Marketplace will automatically receive notification of solicitations that DCHA advertises through the platform.

Registered vendors can:

  • Submit bids/proposals online
  • Ask written questions during the Q&A period
  • Receive notices of bid amendments
  • Track the progress of their bid(s)
