Judiciary House, constructed in 1966, is a 10-story high-rise building located in the heart of Chinatown near the Convention Center and the Verizon Center. Servicing senior and disabled residents, Judiciary House has 271 spacious units made up of efficiency, one- and two-bedroom apartments with parquet floors. Apartments have balconies that overlook downtown Washington on the south side of the building. This is a disability accessible facility that has 24-hour security and a store on the premises. The Gallery Station Metro Station is nearby, as are multiple Metrobus stops.
