The DCHA Potomac Region provides quality subsidized housing by focusing on the needs of our residents, the strengths of our employees and the maintenance of our properties. Our mission is to provide stable, quality, affordable housing to low and moderate income persons; to deliver these services with integrity and mutual accountability and to create learning environments that serve as catalysts for the transformation from dependency to economic self sufficiency.

We serve residents of the Nation’s Capital of all ages. Others measure our success by rapid unit turnaround, speedy work order completion and our high occupancy and rent collection rates. We measure our success by the happy children on our state of the art playgrounds and contented adults.

We selected the panther as our mascot since it symbolizes our swiftness and determination in responding to the needs of our residents.
