The mixed-income development features 205 apartments—51 of which are affordable—retail and office space that includes the headquarters of the United Negro College Fund. Progression Place is a mixed-use development that includes 205 residential units (50 percent of them affordable); a 109,000-square foot office condo partly owned by the United Negro College Fund; and 24,000-square feet of ground floor community retail. UNCF is building out the College of Knowledge Center on the ground floor. The project also includes a 194-space, underground parking garage.
