Home Depot is a major go-to spot for DCHA when it comes to improving and maintaining more than 50 different properties throughout the District’s eight wards.
Last year, DCHA spent more than $500,000 at Home Depot and, as a result, Home Depot rewarded DCHA with a dividend check in the amount of $14,300.
The $14,300 will be use to purchase tools and other equipment, allowing DCHA to continue providing quality affordable housing to more than 7,000 families in the District.
DCHA Director Of Facilities & Housing Management Steven Firth, Home Depot’s Mike Pasta, DCHA Director of Administrative Services Lorry Bonds and DCHA Deputy Director for Operations Nathan Bovelle discuss the many ways the dividend payment will be returned to Home Depot.
