1. Lack of Utilities: Gas/Water/Electric/Oil
  2. Exposed electrical wiring – shock or fire hazard
  3. Unit kept in unsanitary condition harboring rodents.
  4. Missing outlet switch / outlet cover plates (shock hazard)
  5. Missing or inoperable smoke detector.
  6. Lack of security due to tenant caused damage.
  7. Unregistered or abandoned vehicles on property.
  8. Combustible Items improperly stored.
  9. Area that has excessive grease builds up (Fire Hazard).
  10. Blocking egress/exit. Excessive clutter which creates fire hazard.
