Executive Director Adrianne Todman told the attendees: “I know, as a student of government, that within our system there are restrictions that influence the choices that fathers make about being active in their children’s lives.” DCHA will assist noncustodial fathers with support services such as job training programs. “We can do a little bit better. Part of this change is identifying ways that we can do better. Today is just the beginning. This isn’t a one-day initiative, this is a movement.”
