Information Technology Department

The Information Technology Department supports the District of Columbia Housing Authority’s mission by implementing leading edge technology, providing training on skillful use of resources, ensuring a reliable and stable IT environment, and enhancing the productivity of DHCA’s Information Technology users.

Architecture

Hardware: Compaq Proliant Servers, Dell Servers, Hewlett Packard Servers, Cisco Routers, 3Com Switches and Hubs, and Dell Desktops

Software: Emphasys FLEX Housing Software, ADP PC Payroll for Windows, ADP HR Partner, Skyline, Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Office, MIS custom reporting system, and Integrated Voice Response System software.

Our services include a Helpdesk, Field Support Technicians, Application Analysts, Programmers, and Project Management. These services are provided to both local and remote site users.
