The
Information Technology Department supports the District of Columbia
Housing Authority’s mission by implementing leading edge technology,
providing training on skillful use of resources, ensuring a reliable
and stable IT environment, and enhancing the productivity of DHCA’s
Information Technology users.
Architecture
Hardware:
Compaq Proliant Servers, Dell Servers, Hewlett Packard Servers,
Cisco Routers, 3Com Switches and Hubs, and Dell Desktops
Software:
Emphasys FLEX Housing Software, ADP PC Payroll for Windows,
ADP HR Partner, Skyline, Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Office, MIS
custom reporting system, and Integrated Voice Response System software.
