The District of Columbia Housing Enterprises (DCHE), a DCHA subsidiary, is soliciting proposals from land planners, real estate market anlaysts, social service development, organization and community outreach specialists for projects at select DCHA properties. Click here for available solicitations.

Construction contractors that are interested in DCHA contracts should be familiar with the Davis-Bacon wage requirements.

DCHA strongly encourages all Minority, Women owned, Small, and Local, Disadvantaged, 8A and MBE firms to apply. The Housing Authority promotes compliance with the Section 3 Program mandated by HUD.
