The District of Columbia Housing Enterprises (DCHE), a DCHA subsidiary, is soliciting proposals from land planners, real estate market anlaysts, social service development, organization and community outreach specialists for projects at select DCHA properties. Construction contractors that are interested in DCHA contracts should be familiar with the Davis-Bacon wage requirements.
