Langston Addition and Langston Terrace are both located in the Northeast quadrant of the District of Columbia. Both developments are centrally located on Benning Road and have a multitude of conveniences. Langston Addition and Terrace have retail and service stores, public transportation (both metro transit subway and bus), entertainment facilities, and main streets within a 3-mile radius.
Langston Addition consists of 34 townhouses that offer three and four bedrooms. Residents units of Langston Addition have recently undergone major renovations and have since been completed. The renovation begun in April 2001 and was completed during the Fall of 2001.
Langston
Terrace is very unique by its designation as a historic site and is included
on the National Register of Historic Places. This historical development
